Land of Creation
Israel, a Middle Eastern country on the Mediterranean Sea, is regarded by Jews, Christians and Muslims as the biblical Holy Land. Its most sacred sites are in Jerusalem. Within its Old City, the Temple Mount complex includes the Dome of the Rock shrine, the historic Western Wall, Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Conversely, Israel’s financial hub, Tel Aviv, is known for Bauhaus architecture and beaches.
First, explore the narrow, cobbled streets of Jerusalem. Before heading to the holy town of Bethlehem. Next, the tour continues to the Dead Sea, where you can enjoy a bath in the salty water. Furthermore, travel to Nazareth, where you will visit the main attraction, the Church of Annunciation, key in the Nativity Story. Afterwards, you will enjoy a boat trip on the Sea of Galilee before visiting the city of Tiberias. After that is Capernaeum, the home of St Peter and site of an ancient Jewish Synagogue where Jesus performed a number of famous miracles. The tour continues further to the ancient port of Jaffa where St Peter raised Tabitha from the dead. Experience the vibrant city of Tel Aviv and sip the locally produced wine before heading back home with loads of memories.

Day 1
Depart the UK
Fly to Tel Aviv. Arrive at your hotel and relax before dinner.
Day 2
Jerusalem
Today, you will visit the fascinating sites of Jerusalem including the Mount of the Olives, Israel Museum, the Old City, the traditional market, the Holocaust memorial and the Armenian Quarter. Jerusalem is one of the oldest cities in the world and it is considered a holy city in the three major Abrahamic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
Day 3
Bethlehem
Today, you will visit the holy town of Bethlehem, the little town built along ancient foothills where Mary and Joseph travelled to over 2,000 years ago. Don’t miss the Separation Wall, a barrier which separates Israel and the West Bank and it is covered with graffiti and messages, many of which dedicated to the political situation between Israel and Palestine. Here you will find also the the Church of the Nativity, Aida Refugee Camp, and Mar Saba Monastery a 5th Century monastery built into the rock on a steep cliff face on the Kidron Valley.
Day 4
The Dead Sea
Travel to the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea where you will have the opportunity to float in the salty waters. The Dead Sea is known to be eight times saltier than any other ocean in the world and its water is so dense and mineral rich that it doesn’t even feel like normal water, more like olive oil mixed with sand. This unique concentration has long been known to have medicinal value.
Day 5
Nazareth – The Sea of Galilee – Tiberias
Travel to Nazareth, where you will visit the main attraction, the Church of Annunciation, which is key in the Nativity Story. Afterwards, you will travel to the Sea of Galilee where you will enjoy a boat trip before visiting the city of Tiberias, known for being one of the Jewish Four Holy Cities along with Jerusalem, Hebron and Safed. Here you will find Hamath Tiberias National Park, Church and Monastery of the Apostles, the old cemetery, the fish market and many more.
Day 6
The Golan Heights
Travel to Capernaeum, the home of St Peter and site of an ancient Jewish Synagogue where Jesus performed a number of famous miracles. We continue with a visit to the Mount Beatitudes, one of the most beautiful places in the Holy Land, where Jesus is believed to have delivered the Sermon on the Mount.
Day 7
Jaffa – Tel Aviv
In the morning, we visit Caesarea which has a great amount of Roman architecture. Afterwards, we will have a short visit to the ancient port of Jaffa where St Peter raised Tabitha from the dead. Overnight in Tel Aviv, financial centre and technology hub of Istrael.
Day 8
Return to the UK
Transfer from the hotel to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
When to go:
The best weather is in autumn and spring while the peak tourist season is usually during the summer months of June to early September.
Visa Requirements:
To visit Israel as a tourist, British passport holders do not need a visa, you will be allowed to stay for up to 3 months from the date that you enter.
