1 free place with 29 paying passengers. Price excludes coach hire. If you want to extend this tour to include overnight accommodation, we will be only too pleased to provide a quotation. Dates are subject to availability and can change without notice. CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT OF BALANCE Should any of your group members need to cancel after payment of your balance, you can replace them with another person. Any cancellations advised between 6 and 4 weeks prior to the event, we will issue a Future Travel Voucher in the name of the group which can be used towards any new booking Greatdays Holidays booked within 12 months of issue. Cancellations after 4 weeks will be charged in full. ADDITIONAL PERSONS After final numbers have been advise & payment has been made, you can add additional guests to your group (subject to available space at the venue) and we will send a final invoice for any additional people 21 days before the show and we will then require immediate payment. MINIMUM NUMBERS All our events require a minimum number of people to operate successfully. At the end of May, numbers will be reviewed, and in the unlikely event that we do not achieve minimum numbers for your date, we may ask you to change to another date at the same venue. Should the alternative date not be acceptable a refund will be made for any monies paid. MENU CHOICES We will confirm details of the menu for the day 12 weeks prior to the event but it will be a Festive theme. At this time we will ask the group to pre-select their menu choice and advise any special dietary requests so we can check with the venue that they can be accommodated. DISABLED PASSENGERS Please advise as soon as known & details will be forwarded to the venue to ensure they can be accommodated
