A Posh Christmas

Executive Director Paul, along with Marina and Katharine from the UK department spent a day in Derbyshire visiting Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall, both are around an 1 ½ hour drive from Manchester. Christmas at Chatsworth is spectacular – highlights included larger than life Christmas trees next to modern art, and a real life dancing ballerina – there was so much to see we could have stayed all day. Next was Haddon Hall, the stunning English Tudor and country house, parts of which date back to the 12^th century. Our knowledgeable guide Gail showed us the chapel and authentic Tudor kitchen – they still use the oven to bake bread on special occasions.
