Belgian Battlefields
Three weeks ago I updated you that Pete and Alexandra from the European Operations team were planning a familiarisation trip to the Flanders side of the WW1 Belgian Battlefields for 3 days to visit hotels and attractions. They visited many of the major sites of the area, a truly sombering experience, as well as visiting a selection of hotels. From tried and tested favourites to new and exciting ideas, they have come home with some great suggestions for groups. Visit the incredible In Flanders Fields Museum in the renovated Cloth Halls of Ypres, pay your respects to the lost at Tyne Cot Cemetery and watch the Last Post at the Menin Gate.
2018 is the centenary year of the end of WW1, so don’t hesitate to contact us for a personalised quotation to be part of the remembrance and celebrations.
