Beverley Christmas Festival
Visit the Beverley Christmas Festival which takes place on the second Sunday in December. The centre of Beverley is transformed into a magical Christmas shoppers wonderland, with over 120 stalls brimming with pretty Christmas gifts and local treats. Soak up the sights, smells and sounds as you wander around this festival and enjoy a range of festive entertainment including Live Music, Dancing, Carols and more. Time permitting, ensure you visit the beautiful minster. Alternatively, you may wish to take a coastal route to Bridlington in the afternoon or spend time in Hull, the City of Culture in 2017 and Yorkshire’s only maritime city.

Travel to Beverley Christmas Festival
Spend the day in the lovely old market town of Beverley, steeped in history and filled with lots of festive cheer and character at this time of year. Enjoy the day at their Christmas festival, also visit the beautiful minster. The town centre will be transformed into a magical Christmas shopper’s wonderland, with over 120 stalls brimming with pretty Christmas gifts and local treats. Soak up the sights, smells and sounds as you wander around this festival. (No charge for coach parking.) Make your way back to the hotel late afternoon in time for dinner. (The Festival will be open from 10am – 4pm.)

Return home
After breakfast you may wish to take a coastal route to Bridlington or spend time in Hull, the City of Culture in 2017, Hull is Yorkshire’s only maritime city and is steeped in history, stop off at the Humber Bridge. Alternatively visit the city of York, ideal for Christmas shopping.
