Sunday Chill out in London
With a relaxing river cruise on Monday morning
In conjunction with the 4 star DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London – Chelsea, we are delighted to offer some value for money London tours for 2023, including the chance to chill out in Chelsea and maybe a bit of Sunday shopping in London.
Our package, which is valid most Sundays throughout 2023 and 2024, will include an overnight stay in the hotel with breakfast on Monday morning. This will allow time for shopping on Kings Road, Sloane Square and maybe a visit to Harrods! (Most shops don’t close until 6pm on Sunday.) A relaxing cruise on the Thames will follow on Monday morning.
There is the option to arrange a pub meal before you leave London on Monday, and also dinner in the hotel on Sunday evening.

Sunday
Arrival in London and a free evening
Arrive in London during the afternoon. Your room will be ready from around 3pm, so if arriving earlier, that should give you plenty of opportunity for sightseeing or shopping.
Evening at your leisure, so why not take advantage of some of our suggested activities. Though limited, there are some shows on Sunday including Thriller, The Play that Goes Wrong, Lion King and School of Rock. We can arrange a evening on the Thames – the Showboat Dinner Cruise runs most Sunday evenings, with dinner, drinks and entertainment or maybe an evening at the Medieval Banquet, held in a vaulted cellar in St Katharine Docks, with medieval style food, drinks and entertainment. It is also possible to pre-book dinner in the hotel (supplement on request).
Monday
Thames River Cruise, Optional Chelsea FC stadium Tour
There will be an English breakfast served in the hotel. We have arranged for a leisurely river cruise from Westminster Pier to Tower Pier (approx 45 minutes), or cruise down to Greenwich if you wish (small supplement applies).
Or if you have football fans, how about a tour at Chelsea Football Club on their stadium tour. The classic, 60-minute guided tour includes both home and away dressing rooms, the press room, the players’ tunnel, pitchside, dugout and much more. All tours include entry to the award-winning Chelsea Museum and end in the Chelsea Megastore. Supplement available on request.
There is also the option of some free time or alternatively we can pre-book a lunch at a traditional London Pub for you (from approx £15 per person).

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London – Chelsea is located opposite Imperial Wharf Train Station. From here, Shepherd’s Bush, home of the Westfield Shopping Centre, is just 8 minutes away by train. The hotel offers a 24-hour reception, bar and restaurant, as well as a Costa Coffee bar onsite. Flat-screen TVs, minifridges, desks and free WiFi are offered in each room.
Full English breakfast is served in the modern restaurant which also offers an international dinner menu. The bar serves lunch as well as coffee and snacks.
There are lifts to all floors, unfortunately no coach parking is available on site.
Single occupancy rooms are available (double room for sole use) at a supplement of £35.
