Day 1
Depart the UK
Drive to Calais for the short sea ferry crossing to Calais. Continue to your hotel in Holland for the next 3 nights.
Day 2
Efteling Theme Park
Today enjoy a full day discovering all of Efteling. Hover alongside trolls and elves, take a boat trip through the Forbidden City or view a spectacular show with ravens and riders?
Day 3
Royal Hague and Royal Delft
As an alternative to spending a second day in the park, why not visit Royal Delft Porcelain where you can see the pottery in production in the original 400 year old factory. Admire the craftsmanship of this high quality porcelain with the option to make purchases in the on-site shop. From here continue to The Hague to meet a local guide for a walking tour to see the Royal Palace of Noordeinde, stroll around the palace gardens and get a glimpse of the Royal stables which house the famous Golden Coach.

Return to the UK
Drive to Calais for the short sea ferry crossing to the UK

Efteling Hotel
Just a 5 minute walk from the park, this luxury hotel offers rooms from 2-5 persons including 20 fairy-tale themed suites. There is a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a kids play room. souvenir shop and a cosy bar which is open till late each evening.
Bosrijk Village
Within walking distance of the Efteling Park, this spacious holiday park is located in the middle of the woods. Relax in peace by the water, a cosy village square or in a detached house between the trees. In Holiday Park Efteling Bosrijk you will find luxurious and attractive holiday homes, family rooms and group accommodations. All including unlimited access to the Efteling. Facilities include an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a bar. However, all the properties feature a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area and some have outside terrace ideal for self-catering. There is an on-site shop selling fresh bread and basic supplies. Other facilities include an electric train which runs at peak times to take guests to/from the park; children’s swimming pool; bicycle hire.
Bosrijk offers family rooms for up to 4 persons; holiday homes from 6-8 persons; group accommodations from 12-24 perons
Loonsche Land Hotel
Located within walking distance of the Efteling park lies holiday park Efteling Loonsche Land. Here you can look out over the treetops and find huts covered with dune sand and heather offering simple, cosy holiday homes and hotel rooms made of natural materials. All including unlimited access to the Efteling. The hotel offers a large restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms offer accommodation from 2-6 guests, most with bunk beds. There is an electric train taking guests to/from the park at peak times.
Loonsche Land Village
Cosy cabins set in the sand dunes catering for families of 4-8 and group houses catering for 12-24 people, great for multi generational family and group trips. The houses have fully fitted and equipped kitchens, ideal for self catering, alternatively, guests can dine in the park or in the Loonsche Land restaurant in the hotel. Bikes can be hired to explore the surrounding area. NB: bed linen/towels provided, however, guests have to make their own beds on arrival.
GuestHouse Hotel Kaatsheuvel
Located 2 km from Efteling amusement park, this hotel is 7 minutes on foot from Efteling bus stop. It’s less than a kilometer from Heilig Hartbeeld historical landmark. Rooms include flat-screen TVs with Netflix; some have bunk beds, minifridges and separate sitting areas. Amenities include an ultrahip lounge with a bar, a restaurant serving modern global fare, and meeting facilities. There’s also a rooftop terrace with outdoor seating, a garden and a playground.
For guests staying at one of the Efteling hotels/properties prices include unlimited entry into the theme park.
Alternative Day 3 excursions could also include Rotterdam; the military history at Nijmegen and Arnhem or for something traditionally Dutch, the towns of Dordrecht and Gouda.
