Day 1
Travel to your hotel

Day 2
Bristol
See Isambard Kingdom Brunel’s world famous Clifton Suspension Bridge, set on the cliffs of the Avon Gorge and indulge in some retail therapy in Cabot Circus, a fabulous shopping centre right at the heart of the city. A tour to Bristol would not be complete without visiting Brunel’s SS Great Britain. Built and launched in Bristol in 1843 and rescued from rust and wreckage in 1970, Isambard Kingdom Brunel’s maritime masterpiece was the world’s first ocean-going, propeller driven iron ship. The historic vessel is being conserved for future generations under a ‘glass sea’ in the very dockyard where she was built. Visitors are encouraged to experience what life was like for her Victorian passengers and crew, including a visit to the three-storey tall moving engine.
Day 3
Fleet Air Arm Museum
Today, step back and enjoy Europe’s largest Naval Aviation collection at Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm Museum. Telling the story of the men, women, aircraft and ship who served in the air arm from the early 20th century. View the first British Concorde and British prototype of the world’s only supersonic commercial aircraft, one of the world’s greatest engineering achievements. ‘Fly’ by helicopter to the replica flight deck of the Ark Royal where two enormous projection screens show aircraft taking off and landing.
Day 4
Dartmoor and Plymouth – Boxing Day
Enjoy a full breakfast before travelling past the wilds of Dartmoor and breathtaking scenery to the maritime city of Plymouth. Have free time to explore the famous Plymouth Hoe and historic Barbican Quarter. Wonder around the array of shops or a festival wonderland with the delights and enchantment of the festival season. Return to the hotel for dinner and seasonal entertainment.
Day 5
Return home
After breakfast start your journey home, maybe stopping at the Roman city of Bath en-route offering a unique experience with iconic attractions, great shopping and stunning architecture.

Guests can enjoy the pool, sauna and fitness room in the leisure centre. The 211 modern and well equipped bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower. There are tea and coffee making facilities; Flat-screen TV and Hairdryer. Adapted rooms are available. There is a lift to all three floors but the hotel also offers rooms on the ground floor. The corridors have flat access and the hotel provides free coach parking in its large car park.
