Day 1
30th December 2025 – Arrival Day
Arrive at the hotel at your leisure during the afternoon. This evening, dinner will be served in our dedicated function room followed by tea and coffee. After dinner, our talented performer will showcase a range of music including the old favourites.
Day 2
31st December 2025 – New Year’s Eve
Suggested excursion – Bakewell is a must, the only town in the Peak District. It is home to the Bakewell Tart for those sweet treat lovers! Stroll around this bustling town enjoying the typical Peak District architecture including the medieval five arched bridge over the River Wye. Alternatively, Tissington and Castleton are quintessentially typical Peak District villages where you will find unique gifts including the Blue John gemstones known for their blue and yellow banding.
See in 2026 in style this evening with a welcome glass of fizz before dinner. A three-course Gala Dinner to be followed by tea and coffee is served. After dinner there will be live music to get you singing and ‘swinging’ along to the Swing style music. A disco will follow for those who wish to carry on partying!
Day 3
1st January 2026 – New Year’s Day
Suggested excursion – Buxton. Famous for its thermal spa waters and its Grade I listed building The Crescent. Buxton has lots to do and see. The Pavillion Gardens with the River Wye running through are a very pleasant place to have a wander and enjoy the fresh air.
Dinner will be served in the evening followed by tea & coffee. Entertainment will follow to round off your New Year celebration short break.
Day 4
2nd January 2026 – Departure Day
After a hearty breakfast, it will be time to say a fond farewell to your hotel. We will be happy to suggest places to visit en-route home.
