Manchester is famous for two things – Music and Football – and on this group tour you can experience both. After arriving at the city centre hotel, you can tuck into an American inspired menu at rock regalia restaurant Hard Rock Cafe. The next morning we enter the ‘Theatre of Dreams’. Enjoy a stadium tour of Manchester United’s home ground Old Trafford and a trip to the museum. Walk down the tunnel, step pitch-side and also sit in the changing rooms. You’ll leave Manchester feeling ‘mad for it’!

Day 1
Travel to your hotel and 2-course meal at Hard Rock Café
Travel to Manchester. Head to the restaurant at your leisure and tuck into the set American style menu, whilst admiring the music memorabilia that lines the walls including David Bowie’s set list from the Glass Spider tour and Liam Gallagher’s guitar. The Football Museum and Arndale Centre are a short walk from the restaurant and hotel.
Day 2
Old Trafford Football Stadium and Museum Tour and return home
This morning, we take a guided tour of Manchester United’s Old Trafford Stadium and find out about the history of the club. Walk in the footsteps of legendary players down the tunnel towards the pitch and sit in their seats in the dressing room. Visit the museum which is home to the many trophies the club has won over the years, the shirts of players past and present, and also an exhibition dedicated to the Munich Air Disaster. Return home in the afternoon.

This smart and functional hotel is based in the city centre making it an ideal location to explore Manchester city centre on foot. The hotel has a bar and lounge area. There is a lift to all floors. Coach parking is off-site and chargeable.

This large city centre hotel is in an ideal location to explore the City Centre. There are 265 comfortable and modern bedrooms, all of which have shower over the bath. There is a lift to all floors and 16 ground floor bedrooms. The restaurant is located on the lower ground floor. There is no on-site coach parking – coach parking is available off-site in the city centre and is chargeable.

This modern hotel is located adjacent to Victoria station in the centre of Manchester. Manchester Arena is just across the street and Manchester Cathedral and the National Football Museum are just a short walk away.
