Day 1
Honfleur
Today, arrive in Honfleur, passengers are welcome to board the ship at 6:00 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabins, the crew will be introduced at a welcome cocktail before dinner. The evening is free to do as you please.
Day 2
Honfleur – Rouen
Join an optional tour of the charming town of Honfleur, a town located at the mouth of the River Seine where it flows into the English Channel. Perhaps discover the Côte Fleurie and taste the famous Calvados apple brandy. Why not explore the Vieux Bassin? In this charming part of the city, narrow houses squeeze together along the harbour.
Day 3
Rouen – Poissy
Join an optional tour of the charming town of Rouen, where Joan of Arc was tried and burned. There’s an impressive Gothic cathedral and the medieval quarter is beautiful. See the Gros Horloge (Great Clock), which is one of the most emblematic monuments in the city. Return on board and enjoy a gala dinner while sailing
Cruise along the Seine to Poissy and perhaps enjoy an excursion to the magnificent Palace of Versailles. Built in the mid 17th Century by King Louis XIV, this is a splendid masterpiece with magnificently landscaped formal gardens. Continue to Rouen.
Day 4
Poissy – Paris
Join an optional guided visit of the Palace of Versailles (must be booked in advance – the Palace is closed on Mondays, the visit will then be replaced by a tour of the Château de Malmaison.) Tonight enjoy a gala dinner.
Day 5
Paris
Enjoy one last buffet breakfast on board before disembarking at 9:00 a.m. Perhaps enjoy some free time in Paris before travelling back to the UK.
