Have yourself a merry little Christmas at Winter Wonderland!
Get that Christmassy feeling with our tour visiting Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, London. Christmas Markets are spread throughout the Capital, including markets beside the Thames by City Hall and stretching from the Millennium Bridge to Waterloo Bridge. But the main event is truly at Hyde Park. The Winter Wonderland boasts around 50 German style wooden chalets and amusements. Including ice skating, a funfair packed with a carousel and large scale rides and plenty of food and drink outlets, there is something for everybody. The Winter Wonderland is normally open from the middle of November to the start of January and it’s free to enter, though individual amusements may charge.
Wonderland is a popular attraction in the heart of London, so the afternoon and early evening are the best times to visit. Entrance is close to Marble Arch underground station or Park Lane.
There is the opportunity to combine this with some pre-Christmas shopping on Oxford Street and don’t forget the Christmas lights of London. Take a moment to wander along Oxford Street or Regent Street for the best views gazing up at the lights above head – just watch out for the quick-moving locals.

Day 1
Arrive in London and Winter Wonderland
This evening you’ll be heading to the spectacular Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. Whether you’d like to brave it and test your balance on the Ice Rink, take a ride on one of the many fairground attractions or simply enjoy a mulled wine and a bratwurst whilst browsing through the chalet shops. There’s plenty to do and it’s sure to get you feeling festive!
Day 2
Return home
If today is your final day in London, how about a panoramic sightseeing tour of some of the sights? It’s Sunday morning, so start early, and the roads will be quieter. We can arrange for a guide to accompany you if required (additional charge applies) who can guide you around.
